Wedding Day

(for Tresors de Luxe)

My maternal grandparents on their wedding day

These are the products I used from the Tresors de Luxe Etsy shop:

Lace Trim in Ivory LA-056
French Lace FR-024
Gold Alencon Trim GL-159
Rustic Shabby Chic Corsage FL-018

For this layout I used some older paper from the Little Black Dress collection by Basic Grey.  I started with some random stamping with brown and black inks and then did some stencilling with molding paste.

Kaisercraft Texture Stamp - Journal

Kaisercraft Texture Stamp - Script

Something Tattered Stamp - Pantry Vintage Wallpaper
Memory Box stencil - Tessatina

I layered a bunch of die-cuts I made using Prima, Cheery Lynn, Lifestyle Crafts, and Spellbinders dies.

Spellbinders die - Captivating Squares
Spellbinders die - Romantic Rectangles
Spellbinders die - Fleur de Lis Squares
Lifestyle Crafts die - Nesting Doily Circles
Cheery Lynn Designs die - Polynesian Sails Oval
Prima die - Doily 1

Cheery Lynn Designs die - Horizon Rectangle Boutique Stacker Frames

I then curled over the edges of the paper, did some light inking around the edges of the diecuts and some subtle shading with very diluted black watercolour over the stencilling and along the edges of the paper.

Here are some close-ups:

Thanks for having a look!

  1. OMG! this is gorgeous Tracy! You put together the most artistic layouts. Perfect colors for that awesome photo! I have lots of dies, but have never put them together like you do. I really love those 'Captivating Squares'. And the vintage wallpaper stamp - WOW! I LOVE how you placed a ring in the corner of the photo. You utilized the laces beautifully! this layout should be framed! Stunning work - I'm blown away. Lisa : )
