My son Evan in 2001 |
For this layout I used some old My Mind's Eye papers from their Indie Chic and Stella Rose collections.
These are the dies and punch I used:

I layered the die-cuts over a black version and offset them slightly to accentuate the edges.
Thank you so much for taking a look!
Very colorful! I just love the way the greenery starts in the photo and develops on the paper. I have to say this is just stunning! I know the little lad is having such fun driving! So cool & cute with his sunglasses and cap. You're a pro. So inspiring. Thanks, Denise
ReplyDeleteI have a question Tracy - How do you get the letters/names in the molds? Like baby George?
Thanks Denise! Were you referring to my "George" layout (I do have one called "Baby George" also, but there are no letters in that one). In the "George" layout, I just used small alphabet stamps with ink to put the name in after baking and painting the clay piece. I had to press the tiny stamps in carefully with my fingers because the raised areas of the molded piece made it difficult to reach the flat surface using a stamp block. Let me know if that doesn't answer your question.
DeleteThis is another beautiful layout Tracy! I really love the daisy lace punch! And I'm sure you feel the same way, what in the world did we did without Prills? ha ha
ReplyDeleteTyped wrong....what did we do without Prills? I know, used micro beads. But, Prills are so much more interesting right? I love the die cuts and colors in this layout! Sorry so late coming to your blog.
DeleteThanks Lisa! Do love my Prills, lol.
DeleteGreat Post!
